Exchanges & Refunds

If your gown has not left the premises and you need to cancel for any reason you will lose your 30% deposit. If your gown has left the premises, we do exchange if your gown is not damaged, worn or tampered with in any way, you must have original purchase receipt/invoice, is in its original condition and is unworn and unmarked and is not sale items and in good condition, however you will lose 30% of you first order and you most reorder within 7 days for an exchange.

We do not offer any refunds on sale items or sample purchases made in store and online. Our sale and sample gowns have been severely marked down for wear and tear. Select carefully before ordering any sale or sample gowns for there are no returns.

Unfortunately, we do not exchange or refund the following items earrings, headpieces, garters, worn shoes, sale items or promotional discount code, due to hygiene reasons. Any other items purchased must be received within 14 days of the original purchase date for exchange only.

Shoes can be exchanged for a different size but no refunded given with a one-time free size exchange for shoes of the same style. They must be in original condition and all return shipping is at the expense of the customer.

Please note if the exchange size is unavailable, we may have to request a back order which can take up to 3-4 months to arrive in store.

We have the rights to reserve any charge for a full refund of any product that is believed worn or damage.

We are happy to send any additional images of earrings and hair accessories etc to help indicate size and weight if requested. Our team her at Divine Bridal will ensure that you to have a smooth process and we will give you an estimated exchange and will email specified instructions concerning the processing of the exchange.


Shipment & Deliveries

You are unable to cancel your order once we have processed and shipped your order. Your item will be shipped within 2-3 working days from purchase order and when payment has cleared. Once your shipment has been processed you should expect to receive it within 2-14 days. All our items bought online can be delivered within Australia and internationally. We will provided you with a tracking number and once you receive your items it becomes your accountability. The return shipping/ postage costs is at the customer expense unless the products you received are faulty or damaged.

We have right to cancel any order if the product becomes unavailable. We have the right to cancel your order if you provide as with unlawful and illegal credit card details if payment method is unable to process or provide as with invalid personal details. We will notify you when we cancel your order.

Please note for returns and exchange of sizes are unavailable we may have to request a back order which can take up to 3-4 months to arrive in store.
